SUPPORTING AN ATHLETE?
USE THEIR PERSONAL LINK.
Every registered Formula athlete receives a personal fundraising link containing their unique seller key.
If an athlete or their family sent you a fundraiser link, use that exact link when ordering. You will not need to type their name, select their team, or enter a fundraiser code.
WHY THE LINK MATTERS
The personal link automatically carries the athlete's
fundraiser attribution into the order and helps reduce
spelling and tracking errors.
HOW IT WORKS
YOUR LINK DOES THE TRACKING.
No athlete names to remember. No team to re-select. No fundraiser code to type.
02
CHOOSE YOUR CANDLES
Select your scent, size and quantity. Nothing else is required to identify the athlete.
03
CHOOSE DELIVERY
Check out online and choose shipping to your address or pickup at Formula Cheer. Eligible purchases keep the athlete's fundraiser attribution with the Shopify order.

FUNDRAISER FAQ
WHEN CAN I PLACE AN ORDER? +
Orders are now open. Online ordering closes
November 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time.
WHAT MAKES THE FORMULA FUNDRAISER CANDLES SPECIAL? +
The candles are hand-poured by Adorn Home Fragrance, based in Chicago's Portage Park
neighborhood. They're made with a blend of beeswax and coconut wax,
and feature a slow-burning wooden wick.
The 9 oz candle offers
approximately 75 hours of burn time.
HOW DOES AN ATHLETE RECEIVE CREDIT? +
Shop through the athlete's exact personal fundraising
link. Their public athlete name, team or level, and unique
seller key are already connected to the link.
HOW MUCH CREDIT DOES AN ATHLETE EARN? +
Each eligible 9 oz candle earns $7 in Formula athlete
account credit. Each eligible 16 oz candle earns $13.
Final credit is based on eligible paid purchases after
applicable refunds.
WHAT IF THE ATHLETE'S TEAM IS NOT CONFIRMED? +
Families may select Unsure / Not Sure
during athlete registration. The fundraiser will display
the team or level as To Be Confirmed
while retaining the athlete's fundraiser attribution.
DO I NEED TO TYPE THE ATHLETE OR TEAM? +
No. Athlete and team attribution are handled through the
registered athlete's personal fundraising link. This helps
reduce spelling mistakes and tracking errors.
WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE AN ATHLETE'S LINK? +
You may shop to support Formula Cheer generally.
General fundraiser purchases are not credited to an
individual athlete account.
CAN ATHLETE FAMILIES SHARE THEIR LINK? +
Yes. Athlete families receive a personal fundraising
link after registration and can text, email or share
that exact link with friends and family.
CAN I CHOOSE SHIPPING OR PICKUP? +
Yes. Shopify checkout offers eligible customers
shipping to their address or pickup at Formula Cheer, 65 Oakwood Rd.,
Lake Zurich, IL 60047. Available shipping methods and rates are shown at checkout.
WHEN DO I PAY? +
Payment is collected securely online when your
Shopify order is placed.
WHEN WILL MY CANDLE BE MADE? +
Candle production begins after online ordering closes
November 1, 2026. Candles are made after the fundraiser
ends; shipping and Formula Cheer pickup will not begin
until completed orders are ready.
HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER IS READY? +
After production is complete, pickup customers will receive a
Ready for Pickup email when their order is available at Formula Cheer.
Please wait for that email before coming to pick it up. Shipped orders
will be sent only when candles are ready, using the shipping method
selected at checkout. Shipping confirmations and tracking information
will be provided when available.
WHAT IS MOONCHILD? +
MOONCHILD is a woman-owned wellness platform partnering with
Formula Cheer to support this candle fundraiser. MOONCHILD manages
the online fundraiser experience, order and athlete-credit tracking,
candle fulfillment, shipping or pickup coordination, and final
fundraiser reconciliation with Formula. No MOONCHILD account or
app subscription is required to participate.
CAN I ORDER MORE THAN ONE CANDLE? +
Absolutely. Increase the quantity or add additional
scent and size combinations to your cart.
